Sophie Dewer (Owner and Manager)

Hello! My Name is Sophie Dewar. I am Owner and Manager of Little Nutkins. I am NNEB qualified and I graduated from The University of Warwick in 2011 with a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

I hold a open door policy at the nursery, so please call in if you have any questions about the setting.

I am one of the settings designated safeguarding Leads and I oversee the general running of both nurseries.

Jemma Gilbert (Officer in Charge and Pre-School Room Supervisor)

My Name is Jemma. I am the nursery officer in charge. I manage the setting and mae sure we work closely together to have a safe, fun and rich learning environment at Little Nutkins.

I am level 3 qualified working towards a leadership and management level 4 qualification.

I am one of the settings designated person for Health and Safety and part of the settings SENCO team. I am the pre school room leader and also holiday club leader. I make sure all the children are ready for school.

Melanie Knight (Baby Room Supervisor)

HEY! My name is Mel. I hold a level 3 qualification in Early Years. I am in charge of the baby room.

I am one of the settings designated enabling environment officers, which means I help look at the continuous provision provided in all of the rooms. I work closely with the management team to create a safe, fun and rich learning environment at Little Nutkins.

I also help with the planning for parties and celebrations and also take the children to and from school.
